	For multiple decal stickers on a single sheet, or for more complicated and intricate designs, it is recommended that you cut the sticker in smaller and more manageable pieces when possible. This is particularly important for those new to applying vinyl decals. With exception to our glow in the dark vinyl material which has a lower-tack adhesive, you only get one attempt to apply your decal correctly.
	When applying your sticker, choose a solid and un-textured area. Oracal vinyl material has great conform ability, so an area such as a car bumper, that has a slight curvature is okay. Once you have chosen your spot, clean the area thoroughly to remove all grease dust and dirt from the area.
	Find a squeegee or another similarly rigid object, such as a credit card. Turn over your decal, so only the paper backing is visible. Using a 45 degree angle, run your squeegee over the entirety of the paper decal backing. Be sure to cover the entire back using overlapping strokes. This will reinforce the adhesion of the decal to the application tape, making it easier to peel away the backing from the decal.
	Slowly, using a sharp 180 degrees angle, peel away the paper backing slowly. As you peel away the paper liner backing, the application tape and vinyl decal should remain absolutely flat on the table. If the vinyl has not released entirely from the paper, re-squeegee the paper backing until you can get a clean release.
	You should now be left with only the decal sticker and application tape. Throw away the paper backing. Lifting from the edge of the application tape, pick up your decal sticker and move it to the surface that you intend to apply to. Slowly lay the decal sticker evenly and gently onto the surface.
	Be cautious not to rush the next step, as it is where 99% of decal problems occur. As the size of the sticker increases, additional care should be used to ensure flat and smooth adhesion. Line up one side of the application tape to the surface so it is just grazing the surface. Slowly lower the rest of the decal onto the surface, letting gravity do most of the work. As you lay the decal slowly onto the surface, follow behind with your squeegee and smooth the decal as you apply it.
	Run the squeegee once more over the application tape in overlapping strokes. .Leave your decal and application tape to sit for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, slowly peel away the application tape, beginning at a corner and peeling at a sharp 180 degree angle, just as was done when removing the paper backing.
	Occasionally, there may be persistent air bubbles. You can attempt to work these out with your squeegee or finger, being very careful not to tear or stretch your vinyl. If still you see any air bubbles, you can use a fine needlepoint to pierce it and release any trapped air. 1. Is there a background to the sticker, like a clear film? No, there is no background. Our decals are cut using precision machinery, with all the background removed using a process called "weeding". So when you apply your sticker, there is no unsightly clear background.

2. I am having trouble selecting the right size, what does "longest side" mean? On a small number of products, you will see drop-down menu sizes in a format such as "8 inches longest side". We take whichever is larger, either the width or height & resize it to fit the size you have chosen. The other side will always be equal to or less than the size you have chosen. For example, you purchase a square or a circle decal. Both width and height would be the same and you would receive an 8” x 8”. Keep this in mind when purchasing very thin or very wide decals, such as chinese kanji symbols or long words & phrases, where the shorter side is much smaller than the longest. 3. Where is it safe to apply my decal? Choose an un-textured & flat surface when applying your decal. Our vinyl material has great conformity and can wrap easily around curves. This is great if you are placing your sticker on a car bumper or curved glass, like using the decal to decorate a vase.

4. Are these decals static-cling on stickers and are they reusable? No, they are intended for single application and are considered permanent. They will not damage the surface and can be removed when desired, but will likely tear or stretch during removal.

5. If I have tinted windows, what is the best color? Brighter colors will provide the most contrast and give more POP! to the decal on a tinted window.
