step 2:
apply 2-in-1 varnish,allow to dry,apply a second coat.remember to cap the free edge.
Applying glitter
step 1:
dip detailing brush into 2-in-1 varnish and then into the glitter.apply to nail or apply 2-in-1 varnish directly onto nail and then sprinkle.allow 10 minutes to dry and blow off excess glitter.
step 2:
apply 2-in-1 varnish,allow to dry ,apply a second coat.remember to cap the free edge.
