We found this excellent example of the Rare 1950 Dodge Wayfarer 3 Person Roadster Convertible in a private collection, having been stored indoors its entire life. This car is in good Survivor condition having been well cared for & maintained its entire life. The exterior is in very good condition with all chrome & trim present ( including the Wayfarer emblems, which are stored in the glove box) having been re-sprayed at some point in the past it shows some scratches & dings(see all pics). The top is in good condition & operates easily whether going up or down. The interior is also in very good condition with all trim & dash components present and in good condition(reminds me of my Grand Mothers kitchen) even the period correct accessory spotlight works! When this arrived at the shop we installed a new battery, it started right up & idled very smooth & quietly. We drove it for short period to check the brakes and it drives quite well for a 63 year old Classic Roadster, however due to the length of storage it should be completely serviced for wear & maintenance items prior to any extended driving enjoyment.
