If your item develops a fault within 14 days of arriving, please get in contact with us via eBay. SHIPPING:

Most deliveries are made through a tracked/insured courier to cut the cost for you and for peace of mind.

If sent by Royal mail, Proof of postage will be obtained from The Post Office so if an item goes missing a claim can be put in for compensation. If you would like an item sent first class or next day delivery please message me and we will send you an amended invoice to reflect the extra cost.

ROYAL MAIL WILL NOT ACCEPT A CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION UNTIL 15 WORKING DAYS HAVE PASSED. IF AN ITEM HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED IN THIS TIME, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL FORWARD YOU THE PROOF OF POSTAGE TO CLAIM.

We dispatch our items within 1 working days unless the shop front states 'seller away.'We will message you with an expected date of dispatch. If you are not happy with the dispatch date, we can send you a cancellation request which you will need to accept to prevent an 'unpaid item case opened against you'

Many of our items are too large for your letterbox so if you're not in when the postman calls your item will be returned to your Local Sorting Office. Not all postmen leave cards so please check with your sorting office as parcels have been returned to me 'not collected' from The sorting Office.

Our couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel 3 times and may even leave in a secure location including with a neighbour. If you do not want your item left with a neihbour please specify. If after the 3rd attempt they cannot deliver, the item will be returned to us and postage will have to be paid again. If an incorrect address has been given and item returned to us, postage will have to be paid again.
