We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday.

Please be aware that we are operating from 2 warehouses. If you have ordered more than 1 item, they may arrive separately. Please give 48hrs for any remaining items to arrive before contacting us.

For the UK, the postage and packaging is completely free.

For worldwide, the first item gets charged at full cost, then we deduct £3 from each additional item's delivery and packaging fees.

These discounts will be automatically applied by eBay’s invoicing system. All items must be paid for together, on the same invoice, to benefit from combined delivery and packaging discount.

Please use the returns form provided in your parcel if you wish to return your item to us, we will be in touch once we have received it back. No prior contact is required.

We accept returns if the item does not fit or if the item is not 100% as described by us. We will happily refund the full price of the item, once it has been returned and checked. Exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.

Please contact us if you receive a faulty item, we can then supply you with a pre paid label for you to return the item free of charge. If you do not use the pre paid label we have sent to you, we will not be liable for any postage costs you incur. Please note if you do not contact us regarding this, we cannot reimburse any postage costs you incur.

Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on underwear or swimwear if they have been used, opened or the packaging is damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The item must be returned to us, in it's original condition, within 14 days of you receiving it. A refund will be issued within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item. Please do not contact us regarding your refund before 3 days have passed.

We advise you to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded by us.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.

Postage charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped. Returns can only be accepted via post or courier; we do not offer a collection service.

Please contact us before leaving any negative feedback and enable us to rectify any problems with your order.
