♥ DESCRIPTION: A stunning & very rare to find, vintage, navy blue, linen & cotton mix dress by Laura Ashley, with beautiful & distinctive styling ~ featuring a v-neckline, which crosses over slightly at the top ~ a double breasted fitted bodice set off by the large square sailor collar framed in the most beautiful cream and elaborately floral patterned Victorian inspired lace, around the edge ~ and with delicate blue floral embroidery either side on the collar ~ double breasted buttons, in the same fabric, down the front for fastening ~ seaming over the bust & to waist for enhanced fit & shape ~ flat fronted in the central panel of the skirt at front and with lovely pleating either side ~ a long, floaty skirt, with tighter pleats at the top (you can iron in the pleats tightly all the way down if you prefer, either way is beautiful...) ~ & short sleeves with turned up cuffs. ~
The back is just stunning also ~ with the beautiful very large 'sailor' style collar edged in the stunning cream lace, skimming across the top of the your back & shoulders ~ and with very pretty subtle blue embroidery across the back of the collar ~ & the very elegant, long, pleated skirt coming down from the 'nipped' waistline ~ and with the added touch of a waist tie at the back of the waist, which you can tie more tightly or looser depending on fit and the style you're wanting ~ creating a very attractive 'nipped in' waist look ~ Depending on your height, this dress is mid-length to long ~ please ask for measurements...
This dress is just ABSOLUTELY amazing ~ beautifully detailed to create a very elegant, flattering & sexy shape ~ & the very beautiful, intricate cream lace collar just adds that extra touch...this dress is just so DIVINE!!!
Looks fabulous worn with opaque tights & heels to bare legs and sandals ~ Ideal for all sorts of occasions, could be worn for work, for casual lunches or really dressed up for special events such as weddings...Gorgeous!!!
