WE USE THIRD PARTY COURIERS AND DO NOT HAVE DIRECT ACCESS TO THE DRIVERS. WE WILL AGREE A DELIVERY DATE WITH YOU OVER THE PHONE AND THE SHOWER WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE AGREED DATE BETWEEN BUSINESS HOURS ( 9-5pm). IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THERE IS SOMEONE HOME BETWEEN THOSE HOURS TO ACCEPT DELIVERY. DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR, IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO CHECK FOR DAMAGES , PLEASE SIGN THE DELIVERY SLIP AS " PRESUMED DAMAGED". Returns
Please note that when returning rejected goods, the package and contents must in perfect condition. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, We request that you do not assemble the goods if you plan to return them as this can damage the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PLEASE NOTE: Please call us to arrange collection of the returned goods. No goods will be accepted at the warehouse without prior consent. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely to our warehouse. We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation, less any delivery costs incurred.
