Listing Sales Policy:

Your purchase is a contract - Make a purchase only if you're serious about buying the item. 

Shipping Details:

Shipment will be either USPS, UPS, FedEx. Some larger items will ship via UPS Ground Service. We only are able to ship to the lower 48 states. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO or PO Box. No local pick ups. Orders are generally shipped on the day after payment is received. We will use your PayPal account address for shipping. If you want to use different address please let us know by e-mail through  eBay Message System. Sometimes our supplier doesn’t ship to specific areas, so let us know your area code to be sure we can deliver. If you need Tracking Number please let us know, we will send it for you. Please feel free to message us with the question "Stock?" for a response within minutes. When purchasing, buyer agrees to accept a full refund within 48 hours of purchasing or the option to wait for the item to come back in stock. Inventory on eBay changes constantly and it is impossible to maintain a perfectly accurate count of all items. Please do not penalize us if we have to refund you.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
