A set of four replica AC Schnitzer Type II Monoblock style alloy wheels, 7.5J x 17-inch complete with excellent tyres.  These fit all E36 and E46 3-series models and possibly other BMWs with the same PCD. 

These are probably some of the best looking aftermarket alloy wheels you can buy for your modern classic BMW and look more attractive and distinctive than the ubiquitous Alpina wheels.  I think they look particularly smart on the more angular E36 series and in this size are the best compromise between great looks and ride comfort - once you start fitting 18" and edging towards 20" wheels on an E36 it just looks trashy and stupidly over-wheeled in my opinion.

I do not think they are the genuine article so am clearly stating that they are replica rims, nonetheless they appear to be a of a high quality and have been repainted to a good standard in the recent past in Mercedes Brilliant Silver Metallic and clear lacquered so are not covered in bubbling or nasty scuffs, you can still see some minor curb rash on the outer rims that was not filled during the refurbishment and on the closest inspection the odd prep mark beneath the paint, but this is to be expected, the wheels are over a decade old so do not bid if you are expecting an "as new" finish.  I am fussy and I would gladly fit these to a car I intended driving everyday as opposed to a show car.   My car rode fine on these wheels with no signs of buckling or tramlining.

Most saliently is that they come with a set of excellent tyres, matching axle sets with the rear tyres being a size wider, so bear this in mind as if you buy a set of bare rims you can easily shell out £300 to get halfway decent tyres fitted to them.  The tyres all have approx. 6mm of even tread remaining, they have covered less than 2000 miles, there are no scuffs, sidewall damage or any perishing or rubber degradation at all.  The rear tyres in particular look almost new with the balancing spots clearly visible and the nobbly rubber tines still sticking out on the sidewalls. The tyres are of the highest speed rating so are fine for fitting to the high performance 6 cylinder BMWs should you wish to.

Rear tyres: Hero Milanza 235/40/ZR17 94W XL

They come with a selection of centre caps as pictured, some with the "AC Schnitzer" logo which is fading on some and others with BMW. 4 BMW caps needing new emblems and 3 AC Schnitzer logo caps.

So, these wheels are good to go straight on, they do not need stripping and refurbishing, they are shod with very good tyres and the front wheels are balanced too.
