Shipping

Your item will be sent to your registered ebay address, please ensure it is correct to avoid loss or delay. If you need to inform us of any changes, contact us via ebay messages, do not send messages via Paypal.

All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 24 hours after payment. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Payment

All payments are to be made by Paypal only. Immediate payment from a verified Paypal account is preferred.

Returns

We offer replacement delivery:

a: If the item sent to you is defective on delivery. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories or a 25% handling fee will be charged. Defective items must be reported to seller within a week upon receipt.

b: If the buyer received wrong colour or wrong item, this must be proved via any photographic pictures. Please contact us by ebay messages.

Buyer bears any return shipping costs for exchange of items. Any item returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense. Shipping and handling charges, insurance are not refundable in any case. Please ensure you include your eBay username, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.
