USA Domestic Shipping

Domestic Tracking

• Included with ALL U.S. shipments!
• Tracking numbers are emailed within 1-2 business days from when payment is received.

International Tracking

• First Class does not include tracking.
• To receive tracking you must upgrade to Priority International.

Domestic Transit Times

• Packages will arrive within 2-5 days after you receive your shipping confirmation.
• Although rare, incorrect Post Office routing can occur and delay a package.

International Transit Time

• First Class usually arrives within 2-3 weeks after order is shipped, but can take up to 8 weeks, due to customs, weather, holidays, etc.
• Priority Mail usually arrives in 7-14 days, and includes full tracking.

Buy It Now Policy

• As per eBay policy, you have 5 days to complete checkout. If by the 5th day payment has not been received, or you have not contacted us asking for an extension, then an Unpaid Item Claim is automatically submitted to eBay.

Returns

• If you need to return an item or an item is damaged, please email us within 5 days from when the shipment is received, as we cannot process returns after this time frame.
  
  Returns can be sent back for a refund minus shipping costs. We are not responsible for return shipping in either direction.
  
  If you receive the wrong item, or it's defective in some way, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund. Please keep the original shipping package for fast, easy returns, or we will credit you the return postage fees if the error is ours.
