1971 Apollo 15 postal cover with Kennedy Space Center cancellation and U.S.S. Okinawa cancellation is signed by astronauts David Scott, Al Worden and Jim Irwin. The postal cover comes with a signed, notarized 1983 certification and signed insert card that is number 138 of 300. The postal cover was carried aboard the Apollo 15 spacecraft during the entire term of the mission, to include landing on the moon, and was returned to the Earth at the termination of the mission on August 7, 1971. The back of the envelope is numbered 261 and has initials SNH for S Neil Hosenball, NASA's general counsel signed at the time of confiscation.
