Carats are a measure of weight for diamonds, and hence the measurements in mm are the actual size you will receive. The weight in carats is heavier than a normal mm diamond due to the different material. 

What is the Cut?

Cut is considered by many to be the most important "C". The stone achieves its greatest possible beauty when precisely calculated planes and angles are used. A badly cut simulated diamond, no matter how good its colour and clarity will not match the fire and brilliance of a better-cut diamond with comparatively lower colour and clarity.

What is the Color?

Are there any Markings?

These gems have no markings on them. They are flawless and hence are perfect. A gem of this caliber in a natural diamond would cost approximately $18,000 and so if it's not presented in a suitable ring, would be an indication that it is not real.

If the setting matches the gem, then no one will be able to tell if it's real or not, unless they get an electronic diamond tester or are a seasoned Jeweler.
