The things that you need to know?

All of our cases are carefully packed to ensure that they arrive safe and sound, and ready to use!
Your item will be sent to you next working day after receiving your payment ? you should then receive your shiny new case within 2-3 working days!
This is important ? if you live outside the UK, your item will be sent by regular Air-Mail (no Tracked Postage), this means that your case may take a little longer to reach you.

Will my phone case look exactly like picture?

The picture in this listing are for guidance only, the colours may appear differently on your monitor than they do in real life.

What if I?m not happy with my phone case when it arrives?

If you aren?t 100% happy with your product when it arrives, please get in touch ? we?re more than happy to offer an exchange or a full refund.

What if my product is late?

Indicated shipping times and eBay estimated delivery dates are for guidance only. Items may be delayed in transit, especially where they are being mailed overseas or around Bank Holidays or the Christmas period.

What if I want to return my product?

If you wish to return your product, you will need to pay for return postage. Please ensure that the item is safely packaged and a safe shipping method is used. Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded.

Your item must be returned in a 100% unused condition. When returning items to us, please include your eBay user ID, and reason for return. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

We always ensure that your purchase is packaged safely, however damage can occur for reasons beyond our control. If your product is damaged when it arrives, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to send a clear photo of the item before sending a replacement item out.

How can I pay?

All payments must be paid through PayPal. Don?t worry if you don?t have a PayPal account, you can also pay by credit or debit card through PayPal. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How will my product be shipped?

All UK orders will be sent 2nd Class Royal Mail (2-3 working days).

If you live outside the United Kingdom, the item will be sent by Regular Air-Mail (not tracked postage). So, for European countries it usually takes 4-8 working days, and for the rest of the world 7-15 working days.

When will my product arrive?

Once your payment has cleared, your items will usually be sent the next working day. Please note that we do not send purchases out on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Is my Product Lost?

For domestic UK packages, a parcel is classed as lost 10 working days after the shipping date.
For international packages, a parcel is classed as lost 18 working days (1 month) after the shipping date.

What if my product is lost in transit?

If your item gets lost or is undelivered due to us being provided with incorrect / incomplete address details, once the case has been returned to us by the carrier, we will refund the price of the case (original shipping costs are not refundable). Alternatively, we can re-send the item at the buyer's cost.
