Transit Insurance
Unless otherwise stated, your item is not covered by Transit Insurance. You have the option to purchase transit insurance to the value of their item/s. Insurance charges are very reasonable and vary from item to item. Insurance is easy. You can request an ammended invoiced after you have purchased your item or you can call us and pay with your credit card. If you are unsure, please contact us for an obligation free quote.

We recommend that Transit insurance be purchased when you pay for your item as we are unable to cover for any damage in transit or lost packages.

The investigation can take 4 – 5 business days, after which we will contact you with an outcome. In the unlikely event that an item is lost, we will assist you all we can to find it but will need your help and understanding. Where Australia Post declares the item as lost, they will not provide a refund for the contents of the item.
