With years of experience in selling TVs to the public we have used numerous couriers. These TVs cannot be sent with a conventional courier as they tend to damage the units in transit. For this reason we use a specialist two man White Glove Service, and delivery can take between 3 to 7 working days from the day of despatch. This is to ensure your TV arrives safely.In theory your Tv is handled less times before it arrives to you which means it has lesser chance of being damaged.

Unfortunately, specialist couriers like these do not have delivery tracking online. Your listing will be updated with a tracking number shortly after purchase. The tracking number indicates that the collection/delivery has been arranged but not necessarily that the goods are yet in the courier's possession. We can provide the couriers number upon request for you to call them and check the delivery status (using the tracking number/your postcode).

We can only deliver to the address on the sales record, which comes from your customer account (however the delivery address can be amended before payment). We cannot change an address after purchase, send goods to an alternative address,leave items with neighbours, or in a 'safe place'. This is all for insurance purposes.

Payments
All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Payment can be via PayPal through EBAY. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we have the right to cancel the order. No orders will be dispatched until payment had cleared through PayPal. E-Cheques can take up to 7 working days to clear.

Item Property
The items we sell are purchased and property of The Electronics Warehouse. These items are no longer property of Samsung, therefore do not hold any Samsung Benefits. Serial Numbers are removed on all of our products before we receive them in our Warehouse. This is to ensure a customer does not return it to Samsung and claim a full RRP refund. S/N maybe blanked out, rubbed off, or scratched off. TVs will not have the white label with model details on the back.

Delivery

  • We deliver goods to destinations within the UK Mainland Only.
  • We do not deliver to any part of Ireland, Isle of Wight or Isle of Man.
  • All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost.
  • Please provide proof of I.D to the driver if requested.
  • We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us ASAP.

For insurance reasons we cannot leave items in safe places or with neighbours. Items can only be shipped to the delivery address specified on EBAY. If the customer is Bristol based we will ship the item out using our own courier, therefore no tracking number is provided.

Collection from our store

  • Collections are to be booked at least one day in advance.
  • Bookings can be made Tuesday - Friday 10am - 12pm or 2pm - 5pm, only.
  • We have the right to cancel a booking at any given time, though if item is unpaid, customer will be notified beforehand.
  • If item is pre-paid it will be already packaged upon collection and we only work as a tradepoint.
  • All collections must have some form of I.D if requested.
  • Invoices are made upon payment. Online purchases must request an invoice.

Contents
All contents will be stated on the listing and it's the customers responsibility to check this before purchase. If viewing on a mobile device, customer will need to press 'see listing' to view. We do not include HDMI leads or Optical cables with any of our products and these must be brought separately. User manuals may not be included; however you can download these free from the Samsung website.

Product Warranty
All products carry a standard, back to base 12 months warranty. Warranty period is stated on the listing and is provided by us and not with Samsung.

In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, you should contact us immediately with your name, EBAY username and photo/video of issue. We will then contact you and attempt to resolve the issue remotely within 48 hours. The customer must follow any given instructions in resolving the issue. If all possible solutions have failed, a return will be required.

Following inspection, a decision will be made on whether it is economical to repair the product, or whether it is replaced with an equivalent item.

Repairs are completed as expediently as possible, and usually within working five days. All repairs are fully tested for 48 hours to ensure that any intermittent faults have been rectified. Repairs are free of charge for parts and labour, unless faults have been caused by accident, neglect, or misuse (for which there will be no refund or exchange).

After the warranty period has expired we're no longer responsible for the item and any future defects which may happen.

We have the right to refuse any repair if warranty paperwork is provided.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Developing dead pixels
  • Developing lines
  • Developing light or dark patches
  • Any form of physcial damage such as a screen or bezel crack which was not notified upon received item
  • A blown mainboard due to the connect box (on connect box required TVs) being plugged in incorrectly. If your TV will not switch on after plugging in the connect box, you must send over a clear picture of the TV slot showing the inside. If any pins are bent, missing or out of place there will be a charge to get this returned and repaired.

All original packaging should be kept for your product as this is required for returning the item to us. We're not liable to provide any further packaging.

It is the customers responsibility to package the item in a safe way with the original polystyrene and original box suitable for courier transport. The courier will not collect if you do not have the original packaging.

Return Policy
The customer has the right to return an item to us for a full refund up to 30 days from date of purchase whether customer has changed mind or item is defect.

The item must be in an unused condition, with all contents and with the original packaging.

Following The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. After the 30 day period, we only offer a repair and/or replace service if item has developed a fault.

Return Postage
We only cover the cost of returning an item within the first 2 months from date of purchase and if the item has developed a fault which is covered under warranty.

If an item does require returning, it is the customer's responsibility to package the item securely. After the 2 month period we do not cover the cost of returning an item. If the customer fails to be present upon collection resulting in a failed collection, then the customer must notify us and is responsible for paying any additional re-collection charges.

Printing & pricing errors
In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made.

Security
When you shop with us via EBAY, all your financial transactions are entirely secure. We only use online payment services Paypal for card payments who process the transaction and notify us of authorization. Your personal credit card details are not disclosed to us or stored so you don't need to worry about your details falling into the wrong hands.

Additionally we also ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

FAQS

What does Refurbished mean?
Refurbished means the TV has been checked restored to factory settings and is in 100% working condition.

Customers simply buy these items and change their mind for whatever reason and return them back to the Retailer, who then sells them to companies like us.At this point the TV is re-tested by our skilled TV techniciansbefore being boxed ready to sell.

Ebay only allows to list "New other", New, Used or Refurbished.

What is the item condition?
The item condition will be stated on the listing, if it does not state on the listing that the TV has a scratch or mark then the screen will have no marks or scratches. The TV may however have the odd mark on the back of the TV as it will have been plugged in a few times and removed from the box.Full details will be available on the listing. TVs which has significant marks will have photos included.

What is your warranty policy?
All items come with a minimum 12 months back to base warranty (subject to our t&c's which can be found on all our listings).

Will my order have a tracking number?

What if I'm not in when my item arrives?
When expecting any item it's important the couriers have your contact number as they will contact you regarding a time slot. We're unable to leave with neighbours or in safe places for insurance reasons. If your mobile phone number is not linked to your eBay account, you will receive an email. We cannot be held responsible if the courier does not have your mobile to contact you.

Can I collect my item?
Collection is available. All collections are to be booked at least one day in advance and time slots to be discussed on the phone.

Can I buy an item on finance?
No, we do not provide that option.

Is there any movement on price?
We list all TVs at the best possible price so that they sell, as we don't like to hold on to stock.

I have not had a response from my email?
We only have one member of staff who deals with emails during the week. Please allow up to 2 hours for a response.

Will it be in the original box?
All TVs will be in original boxes unless stated on the listing.

Will my TV include both the Smart and regular remote?
If the Unit is supposed to have x 2 remotes then these will be included unless stated otherwise.
