In Italia spediamo SOLO con corriere GLS e/o DHL assicurato, tutte le tariffe si riferiscono  a quel tipo di spedizione. Non utilizziamo altri corrieri.

Ove non è possibile utilizzare il corriere, spediamo a mezzo posta, in questo caso potrebbe essere richiesta una differente tariffazione.


ENG - International shipment

1)Standard Shipping: EXPRESS COURIER (DHL expedition Insured), WHERE POSSIBLE
2)Standard Shipping: EMS/REGISTERED MAIL (insured) where not possible by Express Courier
3)Expedited shipping: EXPRESS COURIER (DHL expedition insured) - for DAY definite expedition may incur an additional charge.

Note: we use only DHL express courier, not FEDEX or UPS
RUSSIAN FEDERATION: shipping by REGISTERED MAIL (standard) or EMS (expedited), it's not possible to use express courier.

NOTE: normally, our Standard shipping take only a few working days (2/3), not 10/15, but sometimes the custom operations may slow down the final delivery

POLITICHE DI RESO (RETURN POLICY)

Il cliente può restituire l'oggetto entro 7 giorni dalla data di ricevimento merce.
Pgallery sarà lieta di rimborsare l'oggetto o effettuare un cambio merce, a scelta del cliente.
Regole per il reso:
  • L'oggetto deve essere reso nelle stesse condizioni di come ricevuto, con packaging, etichette e documenti come da confezione originale.
  • Abbiate cura di impacchettare bene l'oggetto e di utilizzare una spedizione tracciabile: ricordate che siete responsabili fino al ricevimento in nostra sede.
  • Il cliente deve comunicare a mezzo mail l'intenzione di restituire l'oggetto ed il motivo, fornendo il maggior numero di informazioni possibile (foto, motivazione, ecc.);  vi invieremo istruzioni per il reso a mezzo mail, NON spedite nulla prima di aver ricevuto la nostra comunicazione / documentazione.
  • accordateci cortesemente una settimana per eseguire il rimborso / cambio merce.

  • We will gladly issue a refund credit / change object for the value of the merchandise returned within 14 days from the day that you received your item(s).
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. Unworn, unused).
  • Item value over 2000$ must be returned in franchigia as export return.
  • You will need to carefully save and send us back all the original tags, packaging and paperwork from the item.
  • Customers have to communicate by mail the return BEFORE to send back the object, we will send instruction for safety return (ISR).
  • If you want to return an item because you think it's faulty, then please contact and include as much information as possible. We will reply to you to get any extra information that we may need, which may include photos of the product and the packaging. Please do not return anything until we say, as this may prevent us from being able to deal with your request. Don t ship back anything before to receive our instructions.
  • Please ensure you send the parcel using any traceable method, the items are your responsibility until they arrive at our returns department. We suggest to ship back the product using an express courier, Italian postal service takes utill 60 days to be at destination. In this case, we cannot ensure a quick refund and often objects are not delivered within 2 weeks, in accordance with ebay standard return policy.
  • To the returned item/s please add the documents as our ISR - (do not modify documents for any reason without our authorization; this operation could have cost and we will deduct the amount from your refund).
  • Please allow us up to 7 days from the day we received your item to handle your request
