We aim to get packages out with a few hours - the same cannot always be said for RoyalMail! If something doesn't arrive within a reasonable time (UK delivery is usually next working day but the Royal Mail handle packets differently to normal letters so please allow 7 working days) please email us and we'll trace or replace.
If you're not happy with something, return it within 14 days with a note of the problem and we'll test, replace or refund to your liking.
All of our goods are guaranteed for 12 months (except bulbs, they can blow due to vibration so are warranted for 6 months but that's still 6 months longer than anyone else will guarantee a bulb). Wear and tear excluded.
