Payment must be made within 7 days of auction close. I will and do report nonpaying bidders. If you are bidding on multiple items, please send me an email to alert me to your needs. I am happy to send a combined invoice at the end of your last auction to save you on shipping costs. Invoices can only be combined BEFORE you pay.
If you have a situation that I should be aware of, please let me know as soon as possible. Sometimes... Life just happens. I'll do my best to work with you.
Insurance may be required for your purchase and is strongly recommended for all purchases. There are no service fees or extra charges for insurance- you pay only what the shipping provider charges. I am not responsible for packages once mailed- that is what insurance is for. Insurance is through the USPS or UPS depending on the method of shipment. It protects your package by insuring against theft, loss, rifling, and damage during shipping. I am happy to help you file your claim with the shipping service (USPS or UPS) in the rare event there is a problem during shipping. You will not be left "high and dry" as with other sellers. When doing business with 1stitchings, our excellent customer service will continue until you are satisfied. Delivery confirmation (or tracking number) is available upon request for $0.65 and will be added to your invoice before payment if requested.
