  For all Canadian shipments, we will mark the item as "Other" instead of "Commercial Sample" to avoid potential import tax. So in rare cases, you may get an import tax on your shipment, for which we are not responsible. In very rare cases, there may be a customs delay, for which we are also not responsible.

• Return Policy:
  Our products are 100% guaranteed against defects. We want you to be happy so if you find any defects, you may return to us for a replacement within 9 months. You may also request a payment refund within 14 days so bid with confidence! There will be a 10% restocking fee for payment refunds, but NO RESTOCKING FEE for replacements. All returns must go through our RMA process.
