Return Policy

§             Shipping, Handling and Postage charge is not refundable.

§             We accept return items in a good condition, without showing signs of damage in any way.  If an item was received damaged, defective or was incorrectly shipped by us please contact our Customer Support immediately.  After the item has been evaluated and deemed defective and not damaged by normal use, wear and tear or use outside of the manufacturer specifications the item will be replaced or the customer will be credited. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be replaced or refunded.

§             Customer is responsible for return shipping fee if his/her fault (buyer bought wrong item, buyer gave a wrong address for shipping, do not know how to use the part and wants to return; and buyer doesn’t need the part anymore). We usually less shipping fee based on the reasons said for a refund.

§            For checking purposes, please keep the original box/packaging and item received for returns.
