Returns
All returns must be approved before sending,
if you need to return an item please contact us to confirm return
address and details. If you are returning an item in the first instance
the return cost will be your responsibility and we would ask that if
possible you use a service that includes a form of tracking or signed
for on recite. If you are returning a faulty item and we can confirm the
item is faulty we will reimburse the return cost.
All non-customised products
sold by Fallen Magpie are covered by the distance selling laws with-in the
UK and you have the right to return any goods with-in seven days of
delivery for a no quibble refund, after this period please do contact us
and we will try and help.
Please note that refunds can only be made after you have opened an ebay return case. Please click on 'more actions' next to the item/s you wish to return on your 'purchase history' page and select 'return this item' for each item you are returning.
