Shipping rates are calculated using the built-in shipping calculator. The weight and size of the box is what determine shipping costs. You pay only what we pay or less! If a flat rate is specified it is because we have discounted shipping costs as our gift to you.
Orders normally take 4-7 business days, up to 10 business days during the busy holiday season. Packages are shipped with no signature guarantee. You must agree to delivery without the signature.
We will only ship to the 48 continental United States. We will not ship to any APO or FPO addresses. We use a variety of shipping services, depending on best rates and service available.
Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses and bare no liability for such delivery failures. We will only ship to confirmed US addresses. We do not ship internationally nor do we ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Shipping Errors: Customers must pay for costs resulting from shipping errors. These include shipment refusal by the customer, incorrect address, address change, returns without properly displayed RA# and failed delivery.
Shipping Damage: We will not cover items damaged by the shipping carrier. If product is damaged, please keep packaging materials for proof of damage, until further instructed. Damage claims need to be filed within 3 days after receiving the package, so please open you packages immediately after receiving!
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, please email us first for return instructions. Please do not ship the item back to us, in many cases the item will need to be shipped back directly to the manufacturer. Please wait for our instruction and approval. We'd be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H. A 20-25% restocking fee may apply. Again, if product is damaged, broken or defective, please hold on to the item and keep packaging materials for proof of damage, until further instructed. Damage claims need to be filed within 3 days after receiving the package. Also, please keep in mind prior to ordering, that some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer with no guarantee of availability. We do however try our very best to quickly update availability as notifications are made. We do not guaranteed in terms of in-stock status or restock dates.
