Return terms
All sales come with a 30-day warranty from the date of sale.If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality at first.If a suitable replacement is not available, a partial refund will be issued via Paypal.If buyer do not want neither replacement nor partial refund, but want returning, buyer should be responsible for all the returning ship charges.For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.Non-defective returns must in original packing, need to pay 15% restocking fee. All return shipping need to be prepaid. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, whatever reason you want to return.
Return Procedures Please send an email to us obtain a Return Authorization Number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to keep away from any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back displaying the appropriate Return number. |
