Yellow Construction Hard Hat/Helmet

Available from HIT Entertanment is a Bob the Builder Yellow Construction Hard Hat. Super cute, this one does have an 'adjustable headband' and is perfect for pretend play for the little ones-or even when cleaning up their rooms (which mine did, lol!). This is definitely a must for your Bob the Builder fan! :)

Recommended for ages 3 & up, this helmet is not intended as a protective device.

This item is in good to great previously played with/owned condition as it does show normal usage wear (which may or may not include minor/light surface scratches, sticker/decal peeling/rippling/wear/missing decals, paint chips, rubs, etc.), however I did want to note that there is a scuff on the top (off to one side) that I couldn't capture with my camera but despite this, this hat still has a TON of life left! :) .

All items, unless otherwise indicated, have been previously owned which means they are *NOT* new. As such, I do my best to list any/all flaws that I notice however I may miss something-if I do, please feel free to contact me and we'll work towards a resolution. :)

Additionally, PLEASE NOTE: ALL computer monitors are different (with different display/resolution settings)-this means that when you receive an item, it may be a slightly different color in person than it appeared on your viewing monitor though I do my best to accurately represent my items. Also, toys are almost always washed/cleaned before even being listed (unless cleaning is likely to damage the item-then this will be noted in the description)-if this bothers you or if for some reason an item NOT being NEW or LIKE NEW (when it is clearly NOT listed as new or like new) or the colors are 'different' or 'off', PLEASE do NOT bid, make an offer, or purchase my items.

I do offer a return policy however I will *not* offer a partial refund because a buyer chooses to disregard this note-a COMPLETE return of the original item sent will be required for a full refund (excluding return shipping).

Items come from a Smoke-Free home but * not* Pet-Free home. We do have two large doggy fur babies who do not have access to our items and all items are inspected before mailing however we cannot guarantee a stray hair or two won't be missed.

Because your satisfaction is a top priority, if we miss something or you are unhappy with your item, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to work with you! ;)

Unfortunately, due to the high number of non-paying bidders, payment is now due immediately with Buy It Now, or within 4 calendar days of your Best Offer having been accepted.

Postage/Shipping Fees:-

This item will ship at the buyer's choice via: USPS First Class Mail/Parcel Post (whichever is applicable according to weight) or USPS Priority Mail. All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation however PLEASE NOTE-some packages may be shipped with Signature Confirmation (at my discretion) so a valid signature from the recipient will be required.

If, for some reason, an item shipped with Signature Confirmation is returned to me as 'Unclaimed', I will contact the buyer to verify whether he/she would like the package resent (the buyer will be responsible for paying additional postage to re-send the package) or a refund. If no response/reply to my contact is made within 48 hours, the original payment via Paypal will be refunded and the transaction cancelled.

Unfortunately, due to severe time delays, the potential for fraud, having no recourse/accepted 'proof of shipment', I no longer ship via USPS First Class International Mail however I do ship via USPS Priority International Mail. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Refund/Return Policy:-

Items must be post-marked within 7 calendar days for a full refund (original price plus original shipping). Item must be received in the same condition mailed and upon verification of seller's mark.
