This radio was up for sale a couple of weeks ago, but he deal fell through, so here it is again. Up for sale is one of my favorite radios of all time, my Yaesu FT-920 with the matching MD-100 Desk Microphone. This radio comes to you in great shape with low hours of use and has not been used for much more than monorting and receiving shortwave broadcast from time to time as well as the MARS Check-in's. The radio has not been used in about 3 years due to a house remodel, which after the wife forbid for put any "ugly" antennas up again, so here it is. I had this radio professionally modified by Burghardt Amatuer Center about 4 years ago at which time they installed INRAD Cascading and Roofing filters which greatly enhances the radio. If memory serves it also has the 500kz SSB filter, but don't hold me to it. In the pictures the INRAD filters is activated by the toggle switch underneath the radio. I take really good care of all my equipment and as my ebay feedback says I go above and beyond to keep my status. As the photos show it come with the box, manual, mic and amp power cable.The Yaesu MD-100 Desk Microphone is also in great cosmetic and working order. The work order from Burghardt Radio Center is included to ensure the work which was done to it. The radio was Modified in April of 2008 and returned with a clean bill of health. The radio's seriel number is 2e550063. I will double box and insure the radio for the selling price and will only ship UPS insured while the MD-100 will whip in a seperate box, also packed well.
