| Returns |
When returning anything to us, please enclose your Name, eBay ID and the reason for return.
If you wish to return your order for any reason, you may do so up to 7 days after payment was made, as long as the goods are unused, unopened and in the same condition you received them. You will be refunded (minus P&P) upon receipt of the item. Please return items to us using Recorded Delivery. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and the package is lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible.
If the item is faulty or not working properly, please contact the manufacturer as they should be able to help. If the product is still not functioning correctly and it has been less than 14 days since purchase, you may return the item to us. We will test the item upon receipt and if it is indeed faulty we will dispatch a replacement (if available) or offer you a full refund. If the item is in working order, we will ask you to pay the suitable postage fee, for us to return the item to you.
If you have been sent the incorrect item, please let us know immediately and return the item to us. Please send it by recorded delivery and let us know the tracking number as soon as possible. We will dispatch the correct item when we receive the number.
If your item is not called for, and returned to us, we will contact you and request the suitable postage fee via Paypal. Once payment is received, we will resend your item a.s.a.p. If you no longer need/want the item(s), please let us know and you will be refunded (minus P&P). |

Next day dispatch (except weekends and bank holidays) using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Delivery service. You should receive your order 2-3 working days after payment is made (Please allow 6-7 working days for international delivery).
Larger items and most items above 100 pounds will be shipped by courier. We cannot ship larger items to the Scottish highlands or Offshore delivery addresses. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the weather, Royal Mail, local postal services or international customs inspections.
