Who we are

We are an IT company established in 2002, based in watford, Hertfordshire. Our main business is the procurement of, then the breaking down of Laptops in order to sell the parts down to component level. We sell to Large Computer Maintenance firms and repair houses, however the items that have reached their end of life or that we have vast quantities of, we list on Ebay. So if there is something you are interested in, there is a good chance we have more of them available for sale.

We have been selling on Ebay for 5 years and have always maintaned a feedback level of over 99.5%, and we are a member of Ebays Powerseller Programme. We also have a maintained Ebay shop, so if you need more than one item, please check our shop for more.

Payment is by Paypal only.

Shipping

We offer 2 types of delivery service. The standard delivery is with Royal Mail Recorded delivery, and can take up to 5 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the postal service. The Next Day £10 delivery option will be delivered by either DHL or Amtrak next business day service. Both services require a signature for the item to be delivered, so please make sure someone will be at the delivery address in order to sign for the part.

Warranty

All our items (except batteries) carry a 30 day return to base warranty (ie you are reponsible for returning the part to us). If the item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of being shipped then please contact us and we can replace the item or refund your payment (excluding the shipping cost) if we verify the reported fault. We have trained engineers working for us, so all items are tested prior to shipping and will be tested again if they return to us for whatever reason. All items sent have Ultraviolet markings on them, so we can tell if the returned part is the part we sent out to you!!

Batteries - As the life of a second hand battery cannot be guaranteed we provide a DOA warranty on batteries. All Batteries have been tested by us and are guaranteed to last at least an hour. If you receive a battery from us and it does not meet this guarantee then it can be returned up to 10 days from the date it was shipped. After that we provide no further guarantees on batteries.
