HOW TO ORDER

Purchase the case and then message me on ebay with the EXACT text you would like on the case (please double check all spelling as i will simply copy and paste from your message and will not check this for you). I will do upto 3 lines of text with upto 20 characters on each line (a space counts as a character). Please note the more characters you have the smaller the text will be. All text will come centralised and in the font shown in the images.

If you would like more than one line of text then please message me as displayed below so it is clear what text you would like on each line

By purchasing you are agreeing to fully understand the ordering process. Any mistakes cannot be rectified once the cases have been engraved, and as they are custom they are non refundable. Any problems just message me.

 

 

 

Return Policy

MY ITEM IS FAULTY - If a product is faulty we will gladly replace your item like for like upon receipt of the faulty item being returned to us for inspection.  The cost of sending the faulty goods back to us is the buyers responsibility, however we will cover the cost of returning the replacement item to you. All returned items must be sent with all original packaging and accessories. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a return.

As these are custom items they are non refundable

STANDARD POST - All items posted out within 2 working days. We operate Monday to Friday, no items are posted out at weekends. Items ordered over the weekend or on bank holidays will be posted out the next working day. Please allow 15 days for delivery before contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE -All items posted out within 2 working days. We operate Monday to Friday, no items are posted out at weekends or on bank holidays  Please allow 4-12 working days for delivery. As a buyer you should also be aware of possible delays from customs inspections, import duties and taxes which buyers must pay and any other fees that you may occur. We kindly ask for your patience in waiting for your items to arrive.
