We have been in the retail trade for over 12 years. We take great pride in the items we sell and our customer service that we provide. If you have any Questions concerning payments, orders, deliveries or general questions about items that we sell then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery

Items are securely packed and shipped Monday to Friday. Normal shipping is within 24 hrs of receiving your order. Our standard shipping is via Royal Mail 1st Class (free option), we use Royal Mail 1st class Recorded (cost £2.99) and also via our 24 hour Courier(cost £6.95) for which a signature is required on delivery.

We offer combined postage on all of our items ~ multiple items purchased via Standard Postage are FREE. Larger items sent via courier will incur extra postage cost of £3.00 for every additional item added.

Returns

If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us. We will always strive to solve any issues you may have. We accept returns within fourteen days of the date of purchase. Postage costs will not be refundable unless the item is faulty, all items must be in original packaging including header cards and in resaleable condition.

All goods are new unless stated otherwise, any faults should be reported through Ebay messaging where arrangements can be made for their return.
