Shipping Terms

·         All items ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Please understand we are closed on the weekends so Friday orders will go out Monday.

·         All domestic shipments are sent via USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail. We ship exclusively through the USPS.

·         HAWAII RESIDENTS: USPS Parcel Post is transported via ship. It can take 4-6 weeks for delivery via Parcel Post to Hawaii. We strongly suggest you choose USPS Priority Mail for prompt delivery. Please contact us for details.

·         Please note Parcel Post can take up to 2 weeks for delivery and there is no detailed tracking for this method. If you would like to track your item and receive it within a certain timeframe, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing Priority Mail. Please do not fault us for USPS delays.

·         All international shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International.

·         INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Requests to falsify customs declarations or have an item marked as “Gift” in order to evade Customs fees is illegal.

·         INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Payment Terms

·         We accept and prefer PayPal.

·         We also accept cash should you decide to pick up your item from our facility. Please contact us in advance to schedule a pickup time.  We ask for pickup within 7 days of the close of the auction. Items that are not picked up within 7 days of the close of the auction will be relisted and subjected to a 15% restocking fee plus listing/FVF where applicable.

·         We appreciate prompt payment as much as you appreciate prompt shipment. Please do not bid if you are unable to send payment within 4 days of the close of the auction. After 4 days, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with eBay.

Return Policy

·         We only accept returns on items that are received significantly different than described. We do not except any returns on “AS IS” items, no exceptions. “AS IS” items are sold under the conditions that they have either NOT been fully tested or they are NOT fully functional. Please read the entire product description before bidding. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to read the description. We will be more than happy to answer any and all questions promptly, should you have any regarding “AS IS” items.

·         You have 14 days from the receipt of your item (based on Track & Confirm from the USPS website) to contact us about any defects, problems, or concerns not listed in the description. After 14 days, we cannot accept any returns.

·         We do not offer any extended warranties or guarantees past the 14 days. All of our products are used and since we are not the original owners, we cannot provide a product or maintenance history.

·         We do not accept returns if you are purchasing an item for a customer and your customer backs out.

·         Upon receipt of a return, we will verify the defect and serial number and issue a replacement when available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue merchandise credit.

·         It is our policy and eBay’s policy that the buyer must pay return shipping. Even if the item is not as described, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please keep this in mind when buying large quantities or bulky items.

·         Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

·         Any returns must include ANY AND ALL accessories originally shipped. This includes the correct CPU (where applicable), I/O Shield (where applicable), etc. We will NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, refund your order until ALL material shipped is received and verified.
