This violin has recently had it's strings replaced and has been reconditioned.  It is in excellent shape and other than some minor cosmetic markings, it shows no significant wear or cracks/chips in the wood.  "Made in Germany" is present on chin rest although I'm unsure if the violin was made there and branded under an Italian name or not.  The back of the instrument measures about 14 inches.  This listing includes a carrying case and two bows, although the hairs on one bow are no longer in usable condition.  Please ask any question before purchasing.
