• We ONLY use USPS Priority and USPS Express Mail Services. Unless listed otherwise, those are the only two services we offer for international shipping. While we understand they can be expensive, it is for the overall safety of your package, both for your sake and ours. It is well worth the extra cost to ensure your item arrives. If First Class mail is not listed as an option for the package, please do not ask. We will not ship via First Class.
• Some items are ITAR Restricted and cannot be exported. We don't have anything against you, but legally we cannot export all of the items we sell. If we don't list the item for international shipment, it is by design. This can include helmets, night vision related items, IR items, certain weapons accessories, and others. DO NOT have these items sent to a freight forwarder to circumvent our listing restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse returns / levy restocking fees if you have these items sent to a forwarder in an attempt to export them. ITAR is no joke, the shipping restrictions are there for a reason.
• We cannot reduce declared value or mark shipments as gifts. International bidders may be held responsible for customs fees levied by your own government in the form of an import tax. Item value will be marked at the winning eBay bid, not including shipping charges. (IE: Shirt sells for $50 + $10 shipping. Customs forms will read "Men's Shirt - $50"). Contents will be marked as Merchandise, and described accurately. Buyer is responsible for knowing this information BEFORE item is purchased, you are the importer in this transaction and need to be current with customs regulations in your country of residence.

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted only by PayPal. Payments must be made within 7 days of auction closing or unpaid item dispute will be filed. We cannot accept payment by any form other then PayPal. If you have purchased multiple items and need a quote for combined shipping, send us an email or message on eBay and we will be happy to do that for you. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 14 day return window from when the item arrives. You need to contact us directly before this amount of time elapses. Refunds are only accepted on items that are still in the same condition as they are when they left the warehouse, IE tags on clothing and original packaging. We can provide a full money back refund, store credit, or exchange in some cases.

OTHER TERMS
- Positive feedback is left for transactions as soon as shipment is received.
- Returns are accepted on a case by case basis, contact us for more information.
- If for any reason you need to contact us, email is the fastest way to do so. Emails are responded to within 24 hours, and in most cases it is within a few hours. Remember we are located in the United States on Eastern Standard Time and may be asleep while you are awake.
