Goods will be dispatched on acknowledgment of PayPal payment or receipt of postal order. Buyers paying by cheque must include their email address on the reverse of the cheque and also the item number as purchased.

About Us

Racketworld was launched by myself (Mick) in May 2004 with help from my daughter Jo who is now one of the full-time employees of the company. Our expertise in this racket trade stretch back to 1991 at which point I was a representative for the great UK racket company of Dunlop / Slazenger / Carlton international. 
The experience gained during those years working for such a company was a great asset in creating Racketworld and our main aim is to provide high quality, top branded goods and excellent quality slightly lesser known brands at the best price available on the Internet anywhere across the world.
All of our products are 100% legitimate. We are asked many times about rackets being counterfeit because it's true to say that brands such as Wilson, Yonex and Babolat in particular do seem to be suffering with copy rackets being imported from China.
We also now offer a full racket re-stringing service on site and can usually do a re-string within a few hours for you if required, this is available by personal call at our retail shop or by posting the racket back to us.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if received within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods. For hygiene reasons the cellophane will still need to be on the racket handle with no sign of usage on the racket. Please note that none of the brands give any warranty on string breakage as this is an unquantifiable problem. Please note that we are not responsible for refunding your postage charge should the item be returned due to the fact it is not to your personal liking upon arrival with you,in this situation the return postage cost is the buyer's responsibility.
Where an item has been returned and is clearly faulty we will of course refund postage charges in full.
