This ebay store is dedicated to provide a one stop shop for Lifeguard gear / clothing / accessories, and licensed Baywatch apparel. We are a web based shop to keep costs down and turnaround fast. All orders are automatically processed, invoiced, picked and dispatched the same day before 3pm. We have a live stock control system, and if you can buy it, we are pretty confident we can get it out. Our shipping rates are calculated on item weight and we try to keep this as accurate as we can by Royal Mail prices.

We use 1st Class Recorded delivery for smaller packages and UK Mail Couriers for higher value orders.

Overseas is Airmail / Airsure and International Signed for service as required.

We only aim to advertise items that we hold in our own stock, which ensures we can dispatch same day if ordered before 3pm Monday / Friday, (Currently we meet over 94% of daily orders in this time frame),

Complex custom printed graments , large orders or occasional low stock issues can see order dispatch delayed by 24/48 hours with a standard delivery time of 2/3 days on top of this. Standard total delivery time is 3-4 days from time of purchase for a custom printed order

Next Day Priority Service

If you need your order in a hurry, please select the Next Day (Monday - Saturday Service), just prior to confirming the total order at checkout. This will prioritize your order, getting it picked and dispatched normally same day, but no longer than 24 hours after the order was placed (excluding weekends) and sent by Next Day Special Delivery or UK Mail Courier. Please ensure you supply a good 'daytime' delivery address and mobile telephone number as all these orders will need to be signed for and text messages can be sent to aid delivery timing.
If you have added both and e-mail and contact mobile for a next day delivery service, you will receive notifications by text / e-mail ensuiring you can be available to receive your package.

Next Day delivery orders must be received by 3pm Monday to Friday (we do deliver on Saturdays - UK Only)

Our Opening hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30 (Closed during weekends and Bank Holidays) All orders placed after 3.00pm on a Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
Overseas/ Exports.

Europe:

We dispatch throughout Europe and the shipping costs are calculated at Checkout before payment, once you have inputted the Country for Delivery. We use Airmail insured or DHL / Fed Ex for Larger Parcels. Typical delivery times 7/10 days. This can be upgraded at checkout to a Priority Special service, which will bring delivery to 4/5 working days.

World Service: USA / Australia:

Typically these areas take 10/12 working days for standard delivery. We can upgrade / prioritize the order and use a faster courier, however the delivery time is not less than 5 working days.

If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind

If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so and have any value of the goods refunded, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 Working Days after the day on which you received the goods ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Please return the items to the address at the bottom of this page, with a copy of your order documentation, and enclose a note that you require a refund.

You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation of your order.

Exchanges (Size / Colour)

If you need to exchange an item, please return it to as (address at the bottom of this page for reference). Enclosing the item, your return address and a note of what you would like to be send back in return. Same value items (just size or colour changes), need no payment, we will action your request on the day it arrives with us and dispatch the required size back to you on the same day by 1st class post.

We can exchange for different value items, which may involve a refund to you or further payment from you. Please add contact details so we can quickly action your request.
We are unable to exchange custom printed items with your specific text printed on it, (normally T shirts + vest tops) as these have been made to order.

Additional Items

Our web site works on a live stock level, therefore all orders, including additional orders need to be placed via this site, to maintain accurate information.

Goods Are Faulty On Arrival

If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.

Please return the items to the address at the bottom of this page, with a copy of your order documentation, and enclose a note that you require a refund or replacement. As soon as we receive the returned items, we will refund or replace. Replacements are sent out the same day to avoid delays.

Goods Not As Ordered

If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we require that you notify us within 7 days to enable us to rectify the problem.

Goods Late Arrival

If you find that your goods are late on arrival and are no longer required, then please do not open the package, but reject the delivery so that it is returned to us for a full refund including shipping costs. Please ensure that you have selected the correct delivery method for the timescale that your order was required to be received within and ensure that you have been available to take receipt of the package on this day. If these have 2 points have been met then we will refund full shipping costs to you.

Goods Or Order Duplicated

In the event that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange collection.

Custom Printed Goods

In the event that your order contains custom printed or bespoke printed goods , then we are unable to refund these items unless faulty.

Hygiene Goods

If your order contains: Whistles or inflatable products, then we are unable to refund these items unless faulty. As we would need to assume that they have come into contact with body fluids.

Please ensure you add a copy of your invoice and / or details of your requirements, exchange / refund / replacement and your return address if we need to send items back to you.

Most of our T Shirts offer an option at add a custom back print at an addittional cost of £2.50. This is printed in the same colour as the front print, using a clear block font.

How to add text or another one of our standard lifeguard logos:

Firstly, please select 'your size' + Custom Back Print option to enable the system to generate the correct invioce for this work required.

Next, type in to the text box the print required, as you would like to see it printed i.e THE HOFF

UPPERCASE lettering looks best for names, and standard Capitalisation is better for slogans.

Alternatively, use this box to add details of the print required i.e 'Please print same as front logo' or 'see notes e-mailed'

At checkout, there is a further notes box, where you can be more specific about your back print, change the print colour, change the font, layout, or any other notes that would help us to provide you with the shirt you require.

If we already have the logo / design, and you can see it on our web site, we are happy to add it to the back, however, if you need your own artwork or logo, please contact us firstly to confirm any extra costs.
