protects the original owner of this product.
This warranty covers this product and its parts against defects in
material for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase, defined as
follows: (1) Original Consumer Retail Purchase; (2) First Rental Purchase
Agreement; or (3) First Lease Purchase Agreement (the "Warranty
Period").
The warranty does not
cover service or replacements such as (1) Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect or
accident, natural disaster or force majeure. (2) Consequential damages such as
to device housing, cabinetry, decorative parts, A/C adapters, knobs or buttons
(3) foreign country use of this product. (4) products which have been
electronically or mechanically modified in any way or incorporated into other
products. (5) Installation and set-up service adjustments. (6) Owner
instruction.
During the Warranty
Period, we will repair or replace a defective product or part with a new or
refurbished item. The user is responsible for all transportation and insurance
charges for the defective product to our facility.
