your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will
be dispatched usually the same day, as long as we receive cleared payment before

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy
to offer all our customers refunds (excluding original postage paid) or exchanges
for items returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that all products must be returned unused, in its original packaging.
We suggest you use a traceable method of shipping as we cannot be held responsible
for any lost items.
To help process your request as quickly and efficiently as possible we include a
Returns form with all orders. Returns and refunds are usually processed within 24
to 48 hrs of receipt of goods.
IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item from outside
the EU please check with courier/postal service for instructions on how to send
back returned goods as simply marking the parcel/form as 'Returned goods' may not
be enough. Please note responsibility for any costs/custom charges related to the
shipping of the item lies with the customer.
