Return Policy
If a product is faulty we will gladly replace your item like for like upon receipt of the faulty item being returned to us for inspection. Only manufacturer defects are covered by the return policy and this is at our discretion. The cost of sending the faulty goods back to us is the buyers responsibility, however we will cover the cost of returning the replacement item to you. All returned items must be sent with all original packaging and accessories. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a return. Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns of damaged cases outside of this 7 day period.
Postage
We endeavour to post all items within 24 hours, but this can sometimes fall into the 48 hour period. We operate Monday to Friday, no items are posted out at weekends. Items ordered over the weekend or on bank holidays will be posted out the next working day. Please allow 15 days for delivery before contacting us.
