We want to make sure all of our customers have a positive shopping experience. This is why we accept returns on most of our products.
How to Return:
If you wish to make a return, please send us a message via eBay letting us know. Please keep the following requirements in mind:
- The costumer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- We cannot be responsible for the package you are returning unless it arrives at our warehouse. Therefore, we advise that you provide a tracking number of the package that is being returned.
We only accept returns on unopened, unused, untested items in their original packaging (if provided). Please make sure you are ordering the right size, shade, color, etc. prior to buying. Any questions please contact us before you buy the product. Please understand that most of the items we sell (cosmetics, fragrances, etc.) lose their entire value when they are used or tested and cannot be sold anymore.
In Case of Cancellation:
If you bid on an item and win the auction, but then decide that you do not want that item anymore, please let us know within 3 days of you having placed the winning bid in order for us to be able to cancel it.
If we have not received the payment after those 3 days, we will open a case for not paying. We are required to do this by eBay in order for us to receive the fees we spent on the transaction.
After the case is open it becomes eBay's responsibility and we are not able to cancel the transaction anymore. This leaves the buyer with the only option of paying for the item. If the buyer till does not pay for the item, then they will receive a negative strike to their account.
