1. My tracking number does not update. Where's my item?

It is possible that USPS fails to scan First Class Mail packages. This does not mean that your package is not on its way. To avoid any delay or issue with shipping, we recommend Priority or Express shipping.

2. Are these items tested and functional?

Yes! All of our items are BRAND NEW, OEM. None of our parts are "generic" or "replacements". They come from the original manufacturer, unless we specify it in the description.
