This little guy is a hand knit version of the Kakapo parrot, native to New Zealand and near extinction. There is an wonderful organization who has been caring and perpetuating the dwindling population of this beautiful parrot. I knit this Kakapo in hopes this auction is successful so 100% of the proceeds can be donated to The Kakapo Recovery. I am also including free shipping to wherever the winning bidder is located.

This kakapo parrot toy is made and stuffed with all natural fibers, including wool, alpaca, and angora yarns. He is free standing about 10cm tall and 15cm long.
