Paypal payment preferred although cheques and postal orders are accepted. If sending a cheque / postal order please ensure the total is calculated correctly and supply your ebay ID and delivery address.

Items are sent the same day in most cases (if ordered before 3pm) but please allow up to 3 days for dispatch from our warehouse during busy periods.

Items are well packed to ensure you receive the item in the exact same condition as sent, using padded bubble envelopes, stiff card mailers and /or strong cardboard boxes.

Posting and packing charges are included in the cost of shipping.

Overseas customers please note there is no tracking available on ‘Standard International Shipping’. If you require a registered / tracked service please select the ‘Registered / Airsure’ service on checkout.

A ‘Certificate of Posting’ is obtained for all deliveries. We always aim for quick dispatch but please allow Royal Mail’s suggested timescale for delivery.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item due to print or manufacture fault / wrong colour or design sent out to you, we will be more than happy to exchange your goods or offer a full refund on return of the item in its original condition.

If you have made a mistake / incorrect purchase you may return the item but please note delivery costs are non refundable.

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for UK customers and 14 days for overseas customers.

Q:  Do you make custom graphics?
A:  Yes we do. Please supply any relevant information i.e. size, style, colour. We will provide a quote.

Q:  Do you provide a deck customisation / repair service?
A:  Yes, from phono lead replacement to full on customisations. Please go to pimpmydecks.net for costing and services.

Q:  Are the replacement parts new?
A:  We supply a mixture of new and used parts. Used parts are fully inspected and tested.
