Delivery Services

Orders placed before 3.30pm on a working day will be despatched the same day.

We use the following courier services.

Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Delivery on next working day before 1pm. This is a fully traceable service on line.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

Delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class with a signature on delivery. Proof of posting can be supplied but this is not a guaranteed service. Delivery is usually within 1 - 2 working days but can take up to 7 days sometimes longer. We will not despatch replacements for non delivered parts until we can raise a claim with Royal Mail which is 14 days after posting. If this service is selected we will only refund the price less postage if a part is returned because it arrived late.

Courier.

These deliveries are usually made next working day and can be tracked on line. Depending on the size of item , time of order and delivery location we use one of the following couriers - UK Mail , TNT or DHL.

The following areas of the UK may not receive a next day service by Royal Mail Special Delivery and could also cost extra for courier delivery , if you live in one of these areas please email us with your full postcode for a carriage quote before ordering.

Isle of Man , Isle of Wight , Channel Islands , Northern Ireland , and the following Postcode prefixes

AB , DD , FK , HS , IV , KA , KW , KY , PA , PH & ZE .

Please be aware that at peak delivery times e.g Christmas and New Year , and at Bank Holidays deliveries can be delayed . To avoid disappointment at these times please order parts with plenty of notice as we can only ensure that parts are despatched on time but will not be responsible for any delays with the couriers or post.

Returns Policy.

If we've listed an item incorrectly we will offer either an alternative replacement or refund and we will pay for carriage for the return of the item.

If a part is delivered damaged you must notify us within 24hrs of receipt of the part .

If you've ordered the wrong part and the listing is accurate or simply no longer need the part we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. However you must cover the cost of returning the part by a signed for and traceable service. Carriage will not be refunded. The part will then be inspected. A minimum 10% restocking charge will be levied to cover transaction charges and up to 25% will be levied if any repacking is required.

If a part has been fitted and is not faulty there will be no refunds whatsoever.

All parts are covered by a minimum 12 months 12,000 miles manufacturers warranty for domestic use. If you have a problem with a part you must contact us first before taking any action as some suppliers need to inspect parts on the vehicle. Failure by you to contact us before taking action may lead to invalidation of some or all of the warranty.

We will not be liable for any damages to returned parts during transit. Please ensure any returned items are packaged well.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above.
