Shipping Cost: We are happy offer free shipping on this item!

Shipping Method: USPS Regular/Standard 1^st Class Mail. There will be no tracking number included.

Handling Time: Your order will ship within 2 business days of confirmed payment. This doesn’t include weekends.  You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 3-7 days from the time of shipping for your order to arrive.

USA Delivery: We only ship to USA addresses.

Hours - Weekdays:  We are available through the eBay message center 8:00 am to 5:00 PM CST Monday thru Friday.

Hours - Nights & Weekends: Any messages received outside of the above hours will be responded to as soon as possible during our normal business hours. We make every effort to respond to all messages within 1 business day.

Can my gift card information be sent via email?

Due to security measures, put in place by eBay and SVM, we are unable to send gift cards/codes via email.  All cards will be physically shipped to the address on the order.

Can I change my shipping address after I placed an order?

SVM is unable to change your shipping address once an order has been placed. If the address listed on the order is incorrect and you are unable to receive your gift cards please let us know ASAP so the order can be cancelled before shipping. The only way we are able to ship to a different address is if your original order is cancelled and you place a new order with the new shipping address.

Please keep in mind that for Daily Deals there is a purchase quantity restriction for every eBay user. Cancelled orders count against users' purchase restrictions for each Daily Deal promotion so if you have already ordered the maximum for this promotion you will be unable to reorder this product.

Can I pay for upgraded shipping?

SVM does not offer upgraded shipping unless it is listed as an option at the time of checkout. This is currently only an option for the eBay gift card.

Is there a limit to the number of gift cards I can buy?

Some of our offerings contain strict quantity limits. These limits are always posted in the subtitle of the listing. In general, SVM will not process more than $1500 in gift cards to an individual. Once this limit has been reached, you will be unable to purchase additional gift cards until you have confirmed receipt of the current orders.   

What should I do if my order does not arrive in the allotted seven business days?

Based on standard USPS delivery estimates your order should arrive in 3-7 business days. In the event that your order does not arrive in the estimated seven business days, you may send a general inquiry to SVM via the eBay message center. Please note, SVM is not able to send replacement cards for orders that have not arrived. If your order is confirmed to have not been delivered you will be refunded your entire purchase price.

Is there an expiration date on this card?

All gift cards sold by SVM do not contain an expiration date or have any non-usage fees. Cards given for promotional purposes (buy a $100 card and get a $20 card free) may contain an expiration date; however, the date will be printed in bold on the front of the card. 

Can I use an eBay Gift Card to purchase SVM products?

Can I replace a lost or stolen gift card?

We recommend reaching out to SVM’s eBay customer service department, via the eBay message center, so that one of our representatives can better assist you with your situation.
