Carnival Glass Miniature Rose

Named for the highly collected glass from time gone by that was often a give away at carnivals.  It has that glow of a yellow / orange blended shade.  I love growing mine in a hanging basket.  The one you are bidding on is currently  growing in a one gallon pot and is ready to go out in your rose garden or hang it in a basket like I do.

Miniature roses are perfectly scaled, smaller versions of larger roses, with all the colors, forms, substance, and often, fragrance of full-sized roses. Like other types of roses, each variety of miniature rose has different characteristics, with plant size ranging between 6 inches and 4 feet or more and plant shapes that include bushy, compact, climbing, and cascading. But no matter what the shape or growth habit, a good miniature rose has flowers and leaves in perfect proportion. Smaller definitely doesn’t mean less attractive, and in most cases, smaller does mean easier to grow. Their smaller habit makes miniatures ideal for growing in containers. The flowers provide bright and constant spots of color throughout the growing season, and you can cut their flowers for mini-bouquets and arrangements.

Roses will bloom best for you if they get at least 6 hours of sun daily.

Plant will be shipped bare root with damp material protecting it from drying out.  I have great success with shipping my plants.  You should notify me if the weather conditions are not suitable for shipping when the auction ends.  I will keep in touch with you to achieve the most conducive conditions for save arrival of your plant.
Additional plants will be shipped at a reduced cost of $2 each after the highest rate has been charged.
My goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  Contact me if you have any problems.

Shipping can be hard on plants.  Bare root plants need a little TLC. When your plant arrives let it soak in water for a few moments and pot it up and most importantly: keep it in the shade.  After a few days put it in the filtered sun and gradually ease it into full sun and when it is very well recovered you may plant it out if desired or put the pot into it's permanent spot.

I use a product called Super Thrive on all my plants when transplanting as it gives them a boost to a quick recovery time.  It can be purchased in most garden departments in the section near liquid fertilizers. Follow the instructions on the bottle and it will go a long way, you will be able to use it on all your plants.

All my roses are from cuttings and grown on their own roots.  I prefer own rooted roses over grafted roses and only sell roses that are healthy enough to grow without needing to be grown on a graft.
