Payment is required in full within three business days of purchase.

Non-paying buyers will have an unpaid items case opened if they have not made contact with us or made payment within four days of date purchased.

Before you check out and make payment please make sure that your PayPal address is correct as this is the only address we will post to.

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of your package if your shipping and contact information is not correct at the time of purchase and/or payment.

Please take into consideration that we do have a five day handling time in place on all of our items to allow time for high sale periods during the year and holiday periods.

The estimated shipping dates set by eBay are to be used as a guide to estimate when your item may arrive, these dates are not a guaranteed arrival date as postage times can and will vary.

Australia-wide combined postage rates

Our combine shipping is the highest postage price plus $2.00 for every extra item bought within the same transaction, this combined postage rate is applicable to all Australian states and territories.

An example for the purchase of four items with the highest postage being $7.95

$7.95 + $6.00 ($2.00 x 3 extra items) = $13.95

For us to combine postage for you either use the 'add to cart' feature or if this option doesn't appear then make sure to 'commit to buy' each item without making payment for each of them, once you have finished purchasing you can either send us a message requesting combined postage or we will eventually send you a combined invoice with the new total for you to make full payment through. You will find this updated total in your My eBay tab under 'Purchase History'. If you need any help at all make sure to contact us.

If you are purchasing on a mobile platform either send us a message for us to combine your invoice or allow us time to edit your invoice with the updated combined postage before making payment.

We cannot be held responsible for any excess postage paid by the buyer for their failure to request and/or wait for a combined invoice before making payment.

We are more than happy to work with our customers to come to a resolution that we are both happy with and urge our buyers to contact us if they have a problem with their order.

We accept returns on items for legitimate reasons, we will either replace, exchange, or refund the product price of items that have major fault. We will not offer a refund, exchange, or return of item for changes of mind or accidental purchases.

We will not accept refunds, exchanges, or replacement of items if it has been longer than a week after confirmed delivery, the item must be unused and have all the original tags and boxes that came with the item.

Manufacturing errors of the product, packaging, and general cosmetic errors that do not impair the item are not covered by our returns policy. We will also not refund for changes in production or if the product image is slightly different to the actual item due to changes made by the manufacturer such as different paint, modified design, adjusted colouring etc.

Postage costs to resend a new item may need to be repaid depending on the item and cost of shipment; this includes both packaging and postage cost, this payment is to be made at the buyer's expense and will not be reimbursed, unless otherwise stated and agreed to by an official member of our staff.

Shipping costs back to our store will be at the buyers expense unless otherwise stated so by an official staff member of Panda Collection.

If an item is returned to us through Australia Post via 'Cash on Delivery' as a way for the buyer to avoid return postage costs, then your item will either be refused and be sent back to you via the same delivery method, or we will deduct the cost out of the refund. We are not responsible for any excess postage costs the buyer may have to pay due to this method of delivery.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be issued at all without photographic proof of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
