Estimated Delivery & Items Delivered

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. We work really hard to get items to you as quickly as possible as we care about our customers. We aim to deliver all parcels within the estimated time frame, however please be aware that they are ‘estimated’. Therefore it is not guaranteed to arrive by the date indicated, this can be due to busy postage periods or customs delays. Therefore please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive.

We do not ship Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays, we would if we could! But unfortunately postage couriers won’t collect from us on these days. All orders are packed carefully at our warehouse, and then delivered via the postage selected and paid for at checkout. We only ship to the address provided at checkout and we accept no responsibility if an incorrect address is given. Please check your delivery address is correct before checking out as once the order is processed there may be a delay in delivery. If no one is available at the postage address provided at the time of delivery a note will be left to advise you and the item may then be taken to your local depot, mailing centre, or post office for you to collect.

All our orders leave us in specific mail bags, ensuring we will always know when your order was printed, packed and shipped and the time its delivered.

Estimated Shipping Time Frames

For orders delivered to the UK, we will post and ship your order within 1 working day of placing the order, this also applies to orders placed for delivery outside the UK. Delivery times in the UK can be from 1-5 days from when your order is shipped except for special order items that will be indicated on the listing.

For Orders outside the UK, delivery will vary, as it is sent via airmail, for EU orders we aim for the order to arrive within 10 working days of dispatch and for the rest of the world we aim for your item to be delivered within 14-21 days from the time of dispatch. There are certain parts of the world where delivery can be longer, this can include if you live in a very remote area in certain parts of the world. If you have questions about the delivery time please contact us before leaving feedback.

Please ensure you contact us if you are not happy with your order as we would like to be given the opportunity to solve any issues before you leave feedback. Argos Click & Collect

Have your parcel delivered to your chosen Argos Store, making it convenient for you to collect your parcel at a time which suits you! Once your parcel has been delivered to the store and is ready to collect, you will be emailed a collection code from eBay into your inbox or SMS if you chose this option. For safety and security we don’t have access to this collection code. Once you have received this code please take it with you to collect your parcel.

Please note if the parcel is not collected within 7 days of receiving the collection code, the item will be returned to us by Argos

We accept all major credit and debit cards and these payments are processed only through PayPal as it guarantees buyer and seller safety, it is a safe and secure method of payment and trusted by millions all over the world. If you use your Paypal account to make payment, normally payment will clear immediately, this will mean our team will then be preparing and dispatching your order!

Payments can be drawn from your bank via PayPal or directly from your PayPal funds. You can also make payment through Paypal that allows you to use all the major credit/debit cards.

Items will be shipped when they are paid for and the payment is cleared, so we strongly recommend paying immediately to get the product shipped to you as soon as possible, you can then get on with what matters, receiving and using your lovely new product.

Please note if you choose to pay via echeque, then it may take longer for payment to clear.

60 Day Returns!

We have a 60 day return guarantee. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via the eBay messaging system stating the reason for your return and we can help. More details below

Please note that we do not cover the return postage cost on unwanted returns. Refunds will be given once we have received and processed the item, we recommend using a tracked and signed for service as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund, this will include in the original packaging and condition the item was received and most importantly not used. Please note for returns we will need your original proof of purcahse, the joys of the online world means you will more than likely have this electronically, by order number, or transaction ID, and you will also have your invoice from us, as all items come with an invoice in the package!

Faulty/Damaged Items: If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. We are more than happy to replace faulty/damaged items within 60 days or their warranty period, some of our electrical items have a 12 month warranty! Please see individual listings for details. We may ask you to send us pictures of the damage as obviously as a professional seller we want to see what’s wrong to help you.
