date, nor can we take responsibility for the items after they depart
from our shipping center. We will be happy to fully assist you in
claims regarding lost or damaged packages with the postal service. All
priority and express mail orders will include free of charge delivery
confirmation that is scanned at the post office once your package has
arrived at it's destination. If you have not receive your package, but
the postal service shows it has been delivered, please inform us and
your local postal service office and we will be glad to assist you in
locating your package.

location and your orders weight. We offer First Class Mail
International, USPS Global Priority Mail and Global Express Guaranteed
as our standard international shipping methods. Our promotional
shipping offers are to be used for domestic orders only and
international shipping rates do still apply. Orders shipped
Internationally may be subject to customs inspections. As the buyer you
alone will be responsible for any tariffs, duties and or customs
charges. Most packages we ship outside of the United States will arrive
quickly, however customs officials may pick out a package to inspect
and slow the delivery time for a few days to up to a week or two. We do
not have any control over this process or how long your shipment may
take before it clears the customs office in your country.
