Terms of Sale

Your bid is a contract.  Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder or proceed by pressing Buy It Now, you will enter into a LEGALLY BINDING contract to purchase the item.

Payment

Payment must be made within three days of winning bid unless prior arrangement has been agreed on. Payment methods: Bank Deposit & Paypal. For Bank Deposit: please leave EBAY USERNAME or ITEM NUMBER as a REFERENCE.

Shipping

LOCAL CUSTOMER All the items will be posted via Registered or Courier only.

Price for the Courier depends on the Post Code & Weight & Dimensions. Items will be posted within 24-48 hours after all payments have cleared.

We do combine postage so please check out my other items.

There's NO LOCAL PICK UP available under any circumstance. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER We do ship to overseas so please email us for the postage cost. Service Available: Australia Post, DHL, Fedex & EMS. We also do combine postage for our international customers.

Exchange & Refund Policy

7 Days Refund and Exchange Policy

Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of item(s) no extensions will be accepted in any circumstances.

Before we will accept any refunds buyer must accept to provide adequate information as requested Eg. Pictures of the item and all posting material included such as packaging must be kept or photographed for claims.

Item(s) must be returned in its original "BRAND NEW" condition "UNUSED" with all tags attached.

Buyer must accept to bare the cost to return the item by “REGISTERED POST” only and pack the item in it's original condition.

We will only issue refunds once the item has been received in its original "BRAND NEW" condition "UNUSED" with all tags attached.

All funds will be refunded by which ever way the buyer has paid by. Eg. buyer pays with paypal refund will be refunded by paypal. All refunds are only for the value of the item. Does NOT included postage. Eg. Bag $250 postage $8.50 REFUND Amount $250 If item has free postage we will deduct the amount of postage. Eg. Bag $250 free postage REFUND Amount $241.50

Buyer must accept and agree to our Refund Policy to be able to eligible for any exchange or refund

Change of Mind Refunds

Buyer must accept a cancel transaction within 7 days which will be sent through ebay or Final Value Fee (FVF) will be deducted from the refund amount after 7 days and refund processed. Eg Item sold for $250 postage $10 FVF $12.55 if you accept to cancel the transaction refund amount is $250 - $10 Amount refund $240. If buyer does NOT accept cancel transaction within 7 days refund will be processed and FVF will be deducted from refund amount Eg $250 - $10 postage – FVF $12.55 Refund Amount $227.45

No Refunds on Earrings, Jewellery & Shoes

We do Not accept refunds for Earrings and Jewellery and Shoes based on hygiene reasons, so please ask all questions and understand that we do NOT accept refunds for any reasons as we will not resale an item that has been in breach of hygiene.

Lay By Terms & Conditions

We offer lay-by for a maximum of 4 months with a $50 minimum deposit for wallets and $100 deposit for bags, which is non refundable and non transferable. You can decide on how many installments you want to pay etc. weekly instalments or fortnightly instalments. $50 weekly or $100 fortnightly. So you can basically break down when and how much you want to pay within 3 months or earlier. Every time you make a payment into our bank account leave a message with your user ID so it makes tracking the funds back to you easier and we will update you with the balance received and how much is remaining. Once you have paid in full your item will be posted and tracking details will be sent to you so you are able to track online and have an estimate arrival time for delivery. If you want to use lay-by you just need to send us a message in check out once you have purchased the item and let us know that you will be using lay-by, we will then send a revised invoice with bank account details so you can leave your deposit.
