"CHUCKY"
I wouldn't buy this car, or even go near it ever again!
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
I started to take pictures of it and had all 4 doors open. I then realized that I had
neglected to get a picture of the VIN plate from the last car I was photographing.
I stepped maybe 30 or 40 feet away toward the other car when I heard doors slamming.
I turned around and that's when I noticed that all 4 doors on the Buick were closed!
And no one else was anywhere in sight!
Now, my job is to sell classic cars for my clients and I don't get paid unless I do.
I have never "bought into" paranormal activity stuff and I wasn't aware of any related to this building
prior to taking Mr. Bissman, along with his classic car collection, on as a client.
With that said, it wasn't but minutes into the building that I sensed
a very powerful and heavy feeling of some kind.
In addition to getting locked inside a 1954 Cadillac, several other unexplained things happened.
It wasn't until the person that let me out of the Cadillac said, "oh, you must not have
Googled the Bissman Building" that I knew what was going on.
He said that ever since they sold the building so that Mr. Bissman and his son, Benji the 5th,
could move to Hawaii, "the spirits have made it clear that they are not happy"!
When I asked him what spirits was he talking about,
he took me an old elevator shaft where 100 years earlier, one of the employees came to work,
wrote his name and date on the wall and then hung himself in the elevator shaft.
(The force was so great that it caused his head to be severed.)
He then wanted to take me down the shaft and show me where a little girl was
buried under the cement floor in the basement!
That was it! I've never been back and I have no plans to be!
While I don't know what is going on and I'm not sure if there will be any future
paranormal activity with these cars, but because they all sat close to this Buick,
I feel compelled to warn any and all potential buyers.
Sincerely,
Parker Hanson
(Cathy's Husband)
P.S. Tim Smith, the guy who bought the 1954 Cadillac, the first car to sell, has been trying to
contact Benji to purchase this Buick for over a week and each time he gets a recording stating
that his "call cannot be completed as dialed". Benji gets the same message each time he tries to call Tim!
Maybe Chucky doesn't want to leave.
